I met Jeffrey Peden in 1985, when I was Operations/Personnel Manager for JC Penney's Jefferson Mall store. Jeff organized and implemented the Christmas Training Program for new sales associates in our store. Jeff's training program was a resounding success! Because of the success of Jeff's training at the Jefferson Mall store, the Shelbyville Road store requested his services the following year. Of course, the Shelbyville Road store had terrific results also.
