You stirred the Fort Knox Federal Credit Union Staff in a positive way with your creative approach to “Building Success”. The first two sessions gave them “permission” to feel confident in talking to members. Many Staff members realized they were not being “nosey” or “pushy”, but helpful! The last session in October revealed many behavior changes. Here are a few comments:
Joe noticed that he has become more organized and focused on “Building Success with Members”.
Carmen financed a 2007 vehicle loan and mentioned refinancing the spouse’s vehicle too. A few days later Carmen had two loans instead of one!
Bridgit pays closer attention to the member profile screen for opportunities.
Angie has overcome the FEAR of rejection!
Darlene is practicing better listening habits.
Karen is asking questions of other successful staff members to learn how to become even better.

Our Employees always knew that building strong relationships with the Members was important. You helped them overcome the fear of rejection.
