style and personality allowed him to immediately capture everyone’s
attention and hold it for two hours. That is not always an easy
task with a room full of people who are not accustomed to sitting
still.
Jeff’s presentation on “Building Understanding and Trust
in Relationships” was informative and eye-opening. I was particularly
impressed with the discussion on listening skills. I have been in

The use of personal stories and narrative was very effective. Jeff
has a way of telling a story to illustrate a point and it makes
